This beloved 1927 heritage home, lovingly maintained by its owner and surrounded by a stunning garden, faced challenges with deteriorating weatherboards and rotting wood around the windows. Understanding the strict heritage preservation guidelines, the homeowner sought our expertise. Our HVM skilled team applied specialised repair techniques to preserve the home’s original character. We used premium oil-based paints that enhanced its historic beauty and provided a durable protective barrier against moisture and the elements. Despite a tight two-week timeline, HVM commitment to quality craftsmanship resulted in a beautifully restored façade that will protect this treasured home for generations.

A distinctive farm home, with its cedar boards and concrete walls, encountered challenges from its sloped terrain and surrounding woodland. Persistent moisture from the forest caused moss and lichen growth, leading to deterioration. Our HVM team began with thorough power washing, followed by expert repairs to the concrete walls and chimney plastering. To protect the cedar boards from moisture, rot, and UV rays, we applied a high-quality colour stain and finished the concrete surfaces with a gloss coating for easy cleaning. This transformation was completed in just 2 weeks, providing a durable, low-maintenance solution that blends beautifully with the home’s natural surroundings.

Located in the desirable St. Helier area, this modern home presented an exciting painting challenge. Our project focused on a third-floor interior featuring unique foldable doors and moisture-affected walls. To address these issues, HVM team set up a portable spray paint room, ensuring the delicate doors and curtains were expertly coated without damaging the existing interior. Working closely with the homeowner, we created a striking black-and-white color scheme that enhanced the home’s visual appeal. In response to the City-Fitness painting project, our team developed a strategic approach to meet the complex challenges of a 24/7 operational fitness facility. Our HVM team coordinated a comprehensive renovation plan involving multiple contractors, including electricians, builders, and plumbers. Our solution focused on precise scheduling, including night shift work. By carefully managing the project timeline and working during off-peak hours, we successfully transformed the space while adhering to the brand’s color concept and design requirements. The project was completed within the designated deadline, enabling City-Fitness to seamlessly grade and open a new room without compromising their operational efficiency.

At the esteemed Catalina Bay Apartments in Hobsonville Point, featuring 73 apartments and 9 townhouses, our HVM team expertly addressed the site’s complexities. We prioritised safety through extensive training, focusing on skills like working at heights and safe scaffolding use.
